Okay, after this post will be pictures from the holidays, or basically the whole month of December. But again, I didn't want to skip posting this shoot, it was one of my favorites! I LOVE shooting in the snow, and it's so easy to take a great picture when everyone you're taking pictures of is so adorable and photogenic. Also, I have known Margaret (the mom) for a very long time. She used to baby sit me (really just my brother), she did my wedding video, she always had the best, and I mean THE BEST, hand-me-down clothes EVER, and her mom and my mom are best friends! This was my first time meeting her youngest three kids, and my first time seeing her oldest since he was a baby.

This handsome fellow is the second youngest. He was so full of energy, and so adorable! He couldn't get enough of the snow either.

This is the oldest. He is so smart (beyond his years), handsome, and so sweet. He even gave me some photography pointers.

This is their only girl, and the second oldest. She is gorgeous and full of spunk. When I got to their house before the shoot she was playing in a blanket fort behind the couch and admission to get in for her bothers was Lucky Charms marshmellows. Now that is one smart cookie right there.

This is their youngest, and you can just tell that he adores his older brothers and sisters. The best way to get this little dude to smile when he is freezing and its snowing outside is to give him a stick of gum or Lucky Charms. Couldn't you just eat those cheeks off....too far? okay sorry.

Seriously it doesn't get any better than this...a cute family, Lucky Charms, and lots of snow!

Wow, Erin! Amazing shots. It's also helpful that I love your subjects so much, but your photography is incredible! Let me know next time you are down my way. I would love an afternoon with you and your camera!! Love you!
