Jack started smiling this month, which is totally awesome. It's nice to know that the little guy you have been taking care of 24/7 for the past two months actually knows you exist and can smile directly at you and not just at his own private jokes. He has been smiling and laughing since almost day one, but not at anything in particular.
Also, Ryan went out and got a whole bunch of BYU onesy's at Wal-Mart, and every game day he and my dad have to make sure Jack is wearing one and supporting the Cougars.
I guess he knew on the day that BYU played the U that we were going to lose miserably, because he kept spitting or spitting up every time I tried to take a picture.
On the day BYU played the U was my dad's birthday, so they were all excited for the game...but Jack knew it wasn't gonna end good. "Happy Birthday Grandpa, here's some spit up for you. Oh and by the way BYU is going to LOSE!" -love Jack-

Jack might have a future in psychic readings...although I don't know if fortune telling by way of spit-up is such a great niche. He'll have to come up with some killer marketing to spin that the right way!

I got your thank you note the other day. How nice are you. It made my day. So, now I thank you. My husband just got an iphone- so you need to tell me all those cool apps we should get.

He's absolutely darling Erin and Ryan! I can't wait to see him. Hopefully he won't be too much older before we get the chance.

Congratulations ryan and erin! he's such a cute lil' guy. Would love to see him in person. Will you be around for Chrismas? We're headed to Utah for the holidays.
